Acausality Type 4 VS Layered Fate Manip (or Smurf Fate Manip)

Okay, so i got some question

1. If we have character A that have baseline acausality type 4 while character B has confirmed layered fate manip, can character B's fate manip affect character A?

2. same as the above but change the layered fate manip to smurf fate manip

3. does a character that resist Fate manip, probability manip, perception manip, plot manip and precognition without actually have acausality rating can be considered acausal?

No, resistance of acausal type 4 is unconventional as it requires fate hax of different causality system to bypass, layered fate hax is irrelevant

No because smurf fate manip doesn't operate on different causality system by default

Those with acausality 4 operating under different system. They still can be affected however require feat, if you have feat fate hax or causal hax a acausal 4 character then yes
