Acausality can be layered or not?

For Type 1 and 4, absolutely. Works the same as any other layered ability.

If someone who can bypass/interact with Type 5 Acausality, doesn't bypass someone else's Type 5 Acausality, that would be a layer. Type 5 can also scale cosmologically.

As for Type 2... I don't know what a layer of that would look like. Perhaps it is possible if there are multiple temporal dimensions and you are in one place across all of them, or something of the sort. Similar to a point in coordinate space—only the point here would be in temporal space.

Type 3, not sure.

I don’t want to create another thread, so I’m going to ask here:

If, for example, Character A can resist a certain ability let’s say mind manipulation from Character B, and A resists it for only a limited time or resists only some of its effects, does this count as resistance for A? And would Character B gain 1 layer?

It would be Limited Resistance, and no it wouldn't be a layer, Character A's resistance is just too weak.

Types 1 and 4 yeah.

Type 5, uh yeah but it can also scales cosmology as a Tier 1-A characters has technically Acausality Type 5 compared to those below and so on.

Type 3 no, it just depends of range.

Type 2, uh it will depends of the cosmology, something like Phoenks said.

Acausality type 5 can be bypassed. Which means it can also be layered.

Depend on how you view the whole: bypassing aca 5. Because from different angle you could well saying that bypassing aca 5 is an anti-feat thus that aca5 isn't aca 5.......

I can definitely see Type 4 irregular Causal system being layered like, there are 2 separate causal systems next to each other that are of the same level but operates differently, and then there are is one that is larger or greater that is superordinate to the other two.
