now, let's think of something. there is a character 0. this one naturally has acausality type 5. then a character that is not 0 becomes transcendent/independent of all cause and effect and does so with the permission of character 0. but still remains under the will of 0. would this character have acausality type 5 or some other type?

Yeah he gets type 5 and i guess it can't be negated due to it being from a tier 0, but this depends what you mean with "permission".
