Absolute zero question

If someone is already at absolutely zero they wouldn't be effected by absolute zero attacks. That would be tantamount to a human "resisting" 98 degree temperatures. It wouldn't hurt us and if the being clearly resists the additional negative effects that comes from energy stopping then it shouldn't do anything.
