Viserion's AP is not the Night King's AP.

People, creatures, etc...who are resurrected as wights are entirely subject to the will of the Walker/Other who resurrects them.

If this doesn't warrant an addition to his AP, summoning shouldn't count either and IIRC that is used on several profiles.

In any case, the ASOIAF verse needs some revision as it currently treats the HBO show as part of the main canon despite irresolvable contradictions.

I think the pages work off of some weird Show/Book composite. It likely should be clarified or split. In fact a lot of the profiles need more work.
