Drogon's fire breath would be upgraded to Low 7-C based on this accepted calc. Balerion, as the largest and oldest dragon, should be comparable to Drogon's fire breath, but since he doesn't have any direct scaling to him I only propose a "possibly Low 7-C" for Balerion's fire breath.

Daenerys' dragons (Drogon, Viserion and Rhaegal) should have Accelerated Development since their exponential growth is much greater than most dragons, since at 6 years old they were already 70.66 meters long (sources here) while a dragon over a hundred years old like Vhagar was just 90 meters long (source). With Drogon also being a 20% bigger than his brothers (source)

Another thing I forgot, what do you think about Drogon having Stealth Mastery since his black color allows him to camouflage and be stealthy at night or in dark places?
