Just one small question before the thread is closed. Why do we scale Irene's "Universe One" to large country level+? Isn't this just reality warping? Also how did we even define the level of the technique?

They scale from the size of Fiore which is High 6-B+

A size can't be a certain tier though. Nuking Fiore is High 6-B+, but Irene's spell is different

We tend to scale reality warping feats by size in lack of better options.

Oh, I see. How do you determine the size to AP ratio though? Since depending on the destruction, the size could be quite different. Nuking Fiore is High 6-B+, but say, pulverising it will give far bigger results.
