About Characters "Beyond Space and Time"

I come across characters in fiction sometimes described as "beyond space and time" or similar. What does this actually mean for their tier and stuff? Or is it just completely ignored?

Usually this only matter for speed, in which case they're Immeasurable.

Is it basically the same thing a void?

Not really. Void means you can exist without space-time, but it's not the same as transcending space-time.

Rule of thumb: Void = Infinite. Beyond space-time = Immeasurable.

And Winx Club = Outlier. (wait, I think I know 2 characters this scales to without outliers being a thing). But, Bloom doesn't scale due to outliers or something. That will be a topic for another day, though.
