Is there a difference between being beyond Space Time and being above Space Time?

I play a lot of random RPG's and something that comes up a lot are statements about Space Time , Sometimes they'll say things like a location we've gone to is beyond space time and some characters usually bosses say they are beyond space time or come from beyond Space Time, However sometimes Games sometimes instead say "Above" Space Time , Is there a difference between saying something is "Beyond" Space Time and "Above" it, also could anyone help confirm for my own reference how you'd scale stuff like this with some of the generic examples I've made?

Let's pretend for these example this is a confirmed low 2-C Universe, In which scenarios does scaling to 2-C apply?

1. Protagonist from this RPG has been up to this point 9-B Wall Level and there warped to a location "Beyond" Space and Time what would it mean ?
1b. Protagonist from this RPG has been up to this point 9-B Wall Level and there warped to a location "Above" Space and Time what would it mean?
1c. This location that's "Beyond" space time has a race of several beings causally living there what would it mean for them?
2c This location that's "Above" space time has a race of several beings causally living there what would it mean for them?

2. Final Villain shows up and says they exist "Beyond" Space Time (Assume there credible) what would it mean ?
2b. Final Villain shows up and says they exist "Above" Space Time (Assume there credible) what would it mean ?

Both are equally dependent on context and info, it doesn't matter the word used if we have no info on what does their existence give them

So it is verse by verse thing there's no general encompassing line of thought for stuff like this, There's no Beyond Space Time Statement = Automatic Scaling right?
