@Rocker Sort of both durability negation and ap, brachium ignores defenses and resistances dealing a fixed damage of 99,999, that fixed damage is above what even Ruphas can dish out.

Actually i think she might beat Leon, she doesn't have a lot of hax yet but the couple she does are impressive.
For example her aura can willpower hax 7 million ppl, her fear hax scales to that too. Leon's resistances aren't to that level.
Though she doesn't have NPI yet so she can't affect Leon, if she did it might have been a decent match.

Her fearhax scales to that many? Is it passive, or her first move? Because she could easily become one of the top 5 strongest 6-As.

Well in she is somewhere in Tier 4 to low2C(im not sure) state she was able to broke the wall of Dimension itself and enter white room when enter white room she was able to destroy countless universe and probably 1-A reality warping
