Been on my mind for a minute but when Frieza kills Krillin, he fires a small ki ball that hit Krillin then allowed Frieza to lift him up and the make him explode from the inside out.

Here's the video https://youtu.be/pNWPdGCDVhw

Would this fall under limited Durability Negation?, Since it causes you burst from the inside out and the blast that hits you doesn't seem to do any physical damage but enters your body.

I think that was more telekinesis than durabiltiy negation since vegeta did the same thing to a saibamen, which is why he has telekinesis in his profile.

Strange then as Frieza already has Telekinesis with his mind as displayed early in his fight with Goku. Why did he need to do it this way?.

Cause he was annoyed to the point that he wanted to kill the others that were in his way after he got hit by the spirit bomb.

That doesn't change the fact that he could have just lifted Krillin with his mind and caused him to explode since it would be easier.

I guess it's just another way for him to do his Telekinesis.

I don't really understand how that could be durabily negation, since Frieza was esponentially more powerfula than Krilin. It's most likely Telekinesis.
