At the risk of this being a stomp, here we go.

The Tornado of Terror vs Sarah Kerriga. Two psychics take each other on.

Who wins and why? Can the girl with a big ego keep that ego against the wrath of the Queen, or will another planet fall to ruins before the Zerg?

Hmmm... let's go through Tatsumaki's Abilitys.

Superhuman Physical Characteristics: Kerrigan has that as well, and far better at that.

Flight: Kerrigan has that too.

Telekinesis: Once again, Kerrigan has that too, but this is where it get's interesting. Tatsumaki, at least against this Kerrigan, has the better Telekinesis. but considering Kerrigan's Willpower, it will not be maximaly effective against Kerrigan. It might actually even only work as good as it did against Saitama.

Forcefields: as far as I know, Kerrigan has none, so this might actually give her an Advantage.

Wind Manipulation, Can control auras, Chi Manipulation, and Resistance to psychic attacks: Only the last will actually matter in this battle, but Kerrigan's mind controll has worked against people with this resistance (Templars and Dark Templars) and her Psyonic Storm works not just on the Mind, but also severs Atomic Bonds, which Tatsumaki, as far as I know, has no Defense against.

Lastly, Tatsumaki's character. her cockiness and massive arrogance will hinder her greatly in this fight, while Kerrigan as the Queen of Blades has again and again outsmarted brilliant people and shown to not play with her Oponnents, instead quickly killing them or playing them against each other. She is devastatingly effective in her thinking.

Now to Kerrigan: She has an extreme Advantage in Versatility of Ability here. And her Microbe Manipulation will work Wonders against Tatsumaki. Kerrigan also can infect her with a Virus that kill her quickly. She can also Crush things like a Battlecruiser with her Gravity Manipulation, which is, as far as I know, a feat beyond Tatsumaki. With her Summoning, the longer the Battle lasts, the more Zerg will come to aid her and, as already said, Psyonic Storm is very much able to kill Tatsumaki.

So all in all, I think Kerrigan can take this with Mid/High Dificulty.

She doesn't need to not be excellent to lose to Kerrigan. Kerrigan is pretty strong in her own right.

SBA right? Kerrigan will have battlefield advantage in this one as well. She can infinitely kite Tatsumaki, hide and ambush/assassinate, infect bystander and use them to spread more infection (possibly to Tatsumaki as well). There're so many thing Tatsumaki doesn't have any answer to while Kerrigan have answer to most of Tatsumaki's attack.
