Equalize the speed. Right now Vash's speed is royally messed up. I'm gonna get the feat of Knives dodging a laser calculated here but it should be around Rel+

TBH it doesn't seem like a fair match all round, Vash one shots with anything considering the AP difference and of course Mind Screw is worthless

I know of a better SWs character to use for this match if you don't mind @DMUA

Dude, in Legends Dark Empire Luke is Solar System Level. He could just use the Force to simultaneously close the black hole and toss Vash the Stampede in.

Why? I'm just stating that Luke would beat Vash.

Black holes are nothing against the Force. Darth Vader said it himself when he compared the Death Star, which literally busted planets with its superlaser, as a "child's trinket" compared to the Force. Meaning that the Force is much stronger than that and could easily close black holes.
