Well, this is simple actually, The Horned Serpent speed rate is "Immeasurable, Omnipresent within Wonderland", I don't really have a problem with the second one, but why Immeasurable? There is no reason for The Horned Serpent to have Immeasurable speed, if you ask me The Horned should have Infinite speed thanks to this "Stated to be a higher-dimensional entity whose existence lies much deeper than, and outside of, the material plane,with the metastructure which its body comprises being described as a seemingly infinitely large realm even in a partial, humanly perceivable aspect", since it's body is infinite in size it should have infinite speed.
