Here are the times when Future Sight is used.

Future Sight attacks send you into the future and attack your opponent after a certain amount of time, regardless of the user. This attack works even if you get back your Pokemon that used it.

If you examine the times I shared, you can see that Pikachu sensed the future sights before they reactivated in the last two attempts. Furthermore, while we don't yet have a dodge scene in the games, we know that Pokémon can evade. They can increase their chances of dodging future sights by using techniques like double-team. For Pokémon with future sight, we can call it immesurable speed, and for techniques that increase evasiveness, like double-team, immesurable reaction speed.

The scans seem to refer to Future Sight just travelling through time to attack with a delay. That isn't Immeasurable speed so much as minor time hax.

From what I know about the ability, it would rather involve the negation of precognition, attack reflection, information analysis and durability.
