Hiei seems to have an AP advantage (6.2 tons vs Ruby's 2 tons), along with more stuff that will prove useful against Ruby, like Clairvoyance, Paralysis Inducement, Fire Manipulation, Mind Manipulation, etc. Can't say much skill-wise, but I'll say that Hiei should take this rather comfortably due to the sheer amount of really useful abilities he has.

I'd say Hiei being for being far more skillful and better experienced, he'll likely take advantage of Ruby doing something reckless and end the fight right then and there.

Someone want to explain why this isnt a stomp? Higher AP and dura, far more skill, ruby's speed amp is useless, he resists her elemental attacks, and he can kill her or incap her in several ways just by looking at her
