a question about tiering

so if i wanted to suggest a description revision for a specific tier, should i post it on the content revision section ? if not then where exactly because in that section it says nothing about tiering, just characters so i wanted to make make sure before i post anything and have it deleted as soon as its posted, thank you in advance for answering.

As in revising an entire tier? Like, the tiers we rate characters by?

Like what? Tier 7 goes from destruction of a small town(low 7-C) to destruction of large mountain/small island(high 7-A)?

i was going to suggest adding some extra description to tier 0, i've already posted my ideas but it was deleted because i posted it in the wrong category so i wanted to check
