Transcending Dimensions/Dimensionality

So as I've been studying the tiering system and other articles related to it like BDE, it's confusing to me at least that the tiering system is seemingly "bound" by dimensionality in a sense that up to boundless it always refers to dimensional structures, so if a character is transcendent to an arbitrary amount of dimensions, would that mean said character is "above the tiering" or am I simply missing something?

Actually no because wiki dosen't accept this . Wiki accept low 1A or +1 D like " transcend dimensions" or" he above all dimensons "
