Don't know much about Kaoru. What sort of potions does she tend to use in character/rely on? Just realised she could probably have 'minor subjective reality' for her ability.

Nitroglycerine explosion inside skulls if she is feeling merciful or doesn't care. Replacement of blood with concentrated acid or filling the respiratory system with water if she wants to cause suffering.

Whats her range if she isn't 'Bombarding the battlefield' I think she takes this pretty easily tbh. Her biggest obstacle is going to be not seeing/knowing about his stands.

It should be the same. She summoned enough nitroglycerine vials to carpet bomb the battlefield. The explosions weren't that large, just many in number, so its safe to say that her summoning range can go that far.

The Goddess herself is Low 2-C and immeasurable in her true form. There doesn't seem to be any targeting involved, so Pucci will get hit no matter what he does. Same goes for Kaoru's potion creation/summon. She thinks "die" and if Pucci is within range, his head explodes.

The invulnerability and auto-defence are a byproduct of her type 8. The goddess likes to talk with Kaoru and she'd also like to keep her alive because Kaoru's a topic she can speak with God-senpai about.

She doesn't just throw. She can also directly spawn it inside Pucci's head, which is her go-to move.

Celestine isn't immeasurable, she is slower than God, who couldn't stop Kaoru from exploding.

The gods nerf themselves as you may recall, especially their personalities. So it may have been that he wasn't paying attention. Also, he was in the middle of fixing a space-time anomaly at that moment, so he didn't notice.

Gods also exist outside of the space-time continuums under their jurisdictions, and can freely travel from their own universe to universes under the jurisdiction of other gods.

Celestine and Kaoru should have Age Manipulation and Power Bestowal for creating eternal 15 year olds.
