[Reaction speeds refers to small movements and perception speeds basically. If a bullet is going for your head and you tilt your head to the side fast enough to avoid the bullet, that is around subsonic reaction speeds because it's only a small movement of the head. Something like moving an entire arm to block or counter or attack would not be reaction speeds because if you can move your arms at that kind of speed then you have subsonic combat speed]

I suddenly remember that I haven't finished reggy since I made my new country. I figure out his location and to to him.

I summon the Sword of Honour into my hand and point it at her.

"Oh hey Whyr. This lady is a bit angry that I've been winning the statistics of her nation's people, so she's told me to give them back. I've told her I can only give them back if she wins against me in a fight. You want to watch?"
 
Seeing something go down in Japan beteeen the lucky man and some woman, i teleport over to get a better look at it
 
Using my ring's abilities, I study the effects of tech using the light. I also find some materials that allow me to build a device which allows someone with large amounts of analysis ability to gain a good understanding of events occurring throughout the world

"For him to return the stats he took from the people of Japan!"

"Everything she has. Skills and stats and items"

"Do you accept the terms of the battle?" Dacon looks at the samurai.

"Or are you too chicken?" I grin. "This is the only way you'll get those stats back after all. Kill me, and the stats all die with me. And then Japan's a country of slow... weak... idiots for the next few decades"

She says in a calm tone, as she clearly isn't falling for Reggy's provocations.
 
"Pet classification types are" says Dacon. "However, bringing in another character to aid you is not, and will count as cheating, provoking... punishment."

Dacon has limited fourth wall awareness thanks to the nature of lucid adventure.
