I use my speed and Time Manipulation to dodge the blast and attempt to delete her eyes.

She was happy about the poison. Hurting her but not killing her because of her regen, but not the beam. She dodged it with her full speed.

I see the fight and go shoot a beam of energy at her [I'm megafoe IIRC so it should hit hard]
