A Politician with a top hat fights a Green Super Soldier

Abe stomps because his fire stove hat makes him fancier; (LOL JK)

With seriousness though, John should have the advantage via tactical intelligence, weapon versatility, and range. They're pretty equal otherwise, but physical strength his hard to pin point due to Abe's variable tier. On one hand, he's baseline 9-A and inferior, or he's 8-C and actually stronger.

Technically, he's not baseline 9-A. He traded blows with a vampire who was stronger than another vampire, who prevented a train car from falling with one hand. While he was weakened and hanging onto the side of an express platform with his other arm.

I think I need to look into that, though. IIRC, Henry Sturges didn't hold up that train car for very long, and actually fell to his death(?) after he let go. I also don't remember for certain if Lincoln actually took hits from the vampire who was stronger than Henry. Both the book and the movie made it fairly obvious that a human shouldn't be capable of fighting a vampire with anything other than sheer skill and silver weaponry.
