Does Granny have much going for her besides regen?
Because if not then I'm pretty sure that Nightmare can just tear her up with his claws and teeth. The AP to dura difference ain't that big, I'll be honest. Nightmare can probably just tear her up, especially with teleporting to get close and by then not much granny could do

Granny has type 4 immortality, as she comes back to life if you shatter her after freezing her. Nightmare could still knock her out or wound her past a point where her Regenerationn would be able to heal her (like crippling her or tearing off her toes and fingers and breaking her limbs) though. So a defeat by incapacitation is still possible.

It varies from one difficulty to another. In extreme mode it only takes her 15 seconds. In easy mode it takes 2 minutes. In normal mode, 1 minute. In hard mode, 30 seconds.

Though not sure it scales physically. Anyway back to the fight how does Nightmare (who should also be 9-C) deal with superior durability and range via bat?
