A new tier

In the future I plan on building some profiles and I wanna ask whether or not they deserve to be in a new tier or not.

Well I plan on doing some profiles for some characters from a game called Bug heroes and I don't think they exactly belong in Tier 10-C. Because they're literally the size of bugs, so they're way too small to even be on human level. Then it got me thinking about even smaller characters such as Osmosis Jones (a white blood cell). You know, there's just some fighters just too small to be on human level.

So I believe they're should be a level for cells, insects and lesser animals (like a mouse)

I do not think that deserves a new tier neccesarily

Maybe sub-tiers to 10-C

Well, we have Tier 11, but that's for lower dimensional characters. However, you could probably just label them as "Low 10-C".

High 10-C = ********

10-C = large-small bugs, rodents, etc

low 10-C = dust mites, cells, bacteria (physically), etc

yeah, since them being three dimensional still makes them infinitly more massive/powerful then tier 11s
