A minor addition to SCP-096

I feel SCP-096 should have the added tier of 10-C. If no one has seen its face, it barely, if not at all, makes contact with any other human, it just decides to sit in corners or randomly wanders around if it had the chance to leave its cell. If one were to see its face, than, it makes the transition to a 8-C.

This is just a little suggestion, as it isn't too major of a change!

The act of it sitting around/doing nothing doesn't change what it's physically capable of. That's like saying Shao Kahn is only 10-C when he's asleep.
