Meh, hes always like that. I understand he may be a non-english foreigner, though, hence his bad grammar.
Anywho, I believe the Player has this. He has a few laser weapons that would most likely bypass the telekinesis, plus, he has the AP advantage and a few gadgets to incapacitate Mob, such as the Singular Grenade.

Mob's superior to an esper that's almost 9-A+, any AP advantage would be almost negligible. Mob also has passive and active barriers so the lasers won't be much of a problem. And there's also the fact that Mob's opening move would be to restrain the Player (preventing the player from using any of his weapons) and rag-doll him to oblivion.
