You haven't specified what weapons but since his AP is set to large building I'll assume YV has both.

As much as it pains me to say YV's profile dosen't have much going for him. Godzillas radiation screws with him pretty badly and probably outranges him. Although if YV utilizes his teleporting he could gain a big edge. So I'm unsure as of now

Y.V. is so far above base High 8-C/8-B. He is completely unaffected by the multitude of High 8-C characters in the game and is superior to them by an unknown degree. He is probably one of the strongest High 8-Cs on the Wiki.

Only reason he is High 8-C at all is because he lacks feats of his own.

Yeah i personally think hyper crystal shoul buff YV's tier but nobody agrees which is fine i guess.

Anyway I'm gonna go what the profiles say and not my opinion so I'll stick with inconculsive someone gives their verdict

I mean Hyper Crystal's attack is more hax than AP. Unless you want to give it High 3-A, which would be a grievous outlier.

You can't "stretch something infinitely into the next dimension" with AP... It is very clearly hax.
