Can anyone give a rundown on why The Authority is presented to be so weak (weak enough that a breeze can kill it)? That is weird asf.

As far as I know, the stats we have for The Authority are actually his weakened state. Beforehand, he was as strong as a typical human or something.

@Lina The Authority is just a really, really, really, really, really old angel, in a world where being an angel means neither immortality (or at least not eternal youth) nor being much greater than any other being (Metatron, who is presented as the strongest of the angels, is pulled into non-existence by two normal humans)
