If her luck was shown to make something being summoned already on her, I'd believe it, but from what I know, it's only stopped things coming AT her, not things magically being already on her

her lower luck would make her likley to miss but this is irrelevent since I need to do a CRT to check the Penny's teir and if it's 8-C (since it's quite vague)
