A few questions on the wiki and Marvel

Transcending

1: In the older Tiering System, it was stated "Similarly, existing "beyond all logic and mathematics" does not allow to automatically qualify for this tier, as such a statement is fundamentally unprovable in the context of an indexing wiki. At most, such feats can be quantified based on how far mathematics extend into the verse in question." In the newer Tiering System however, this was removed. So was there any change on how the wiki considers statements like "beyond all logic and mathematics"? If not, why was that statement removed?

2: Do statements like transcending the concept of dimensionality still count for 1-A or are they verse-dependent now? So for example if a character was stated to transcend the concept of dimensionality in a verse with 1000 dimensions, would that character be 1-A or 1-B?

3: In the Tiering FAQ, this is stated "Do note, however, that these infinities must specifically refer to elements that physically exist within a verse's cosmology. Them existing as in-universe mathematical concepts is not sufficient for anything to scale to them, unless there is a direct comparision that allows scaling to be made." What does "direct comparison" in the context refer to? Can anyone give me an example?

4: Does The Outside/Oblivion in Marvel exist within or outside 8th Cosmos Eternity? I am mainly asking due to this scan which has been used quite a lot recently to say Far Shore>Oblivion.

Nothing really changed as beyond all logic and mathematics does not qualify for a tier on its own would be taken into context of other things within the verse
Refer to your number 3 question.

In a verse with even 6 dimensions, if there is a solid statement that a character is above the concept of dimensionality, that’s 1A.
Meaning the mathematics in the world must be defined as true or rather the mathematical world in the verse must be real.

Never read a page of marvel comics

Thanks but I had two more questions.

1: If a character was to move so fast that he literally goes into a higher dimension, what speed tier would he have?

2: Is viewing a lower structure as an arcade game or like, any sort of video game enough for a R>f transcendence?
