If I remember correctly Shin stated Vegito Blue rivaled Beerus (Low 2-C) and Fusion Zamasu was doing well against him and I don't think SSJBKKX20 Goku is stronger than Fusion Zamasu and Vegito Blue as how would Zenkai boosts make you that strong during TOP

I thought the only reason vegito wasn't Low 2-C was lack of statements, but this seems pretty blunt.

The DBS manga and anime are treated as separate continuities due to major differences between them (Infinite Zamasu, for example), and thus cannot be scaled from each other.
