Mr krabs shell and claws give him the edge in strength and durability, so squidward needs strategy. He could do a few things like using ink to blind mr krabs, maybe putting krabs to sleep (im not sure how often this works) and then suffocating him or using karate on him. But then again, krabs is fairly intelligent and could hide his eyes in his shell when squidward uses ink and then go in for the kill. So it depends on how much of a quick thinker krabs is.

Im not sure. he has higher intelligence and fought as a pirate (i think). And he can also wipe his eyes clean by taking them out. although squidward knows karate.

Neither can bypass the durability of the other as they have very high regenerative capabilities, but Squidward can incap Mr. Krabs by adding some of his ink to his eyes. Just readed the comments above; as Mr. Krabs can just clean his eyes, this goes in inconclusive because of the previous reasons I said.
