Considering there are Saiyan like characters in EBF who do use Spirit Bombs, NoLegs can survive anything thrown at him given what he can do (said Saiyan like Character is a low 2C foe). This includes being completely unharmed by a spirit bomb via a summon ability. Unfortunately, NoLegs is someone who deals more in debilitations or debuffs and as such has only 1 real way of beating Goku. Should NoLegs inflict the debilitations Bad Luck (as it sounds) and Doom (causes instant death in minutes unless removed), the combo will inflict instant death that very next moment. Goku is not noted to have Death Manipulation Resistance and thus is 100% open to this combo. At Goku's worst luck, this will happen in 2 attacks by NoLegs. Otherwise, NoLegs faces a protracted battle of might (Goku) versus agility (NoLegs). Should Goku manage to hit NoLegs, he likely will win in short order as NoLegs is the squishest of all EBF protagonists in terms of both defense AND constitution.

7/10 Goku wins, 3/10 NoLegs wins via status effects.

The 2 debilitations are pulled from statuses and debilitations from the EBF wikia, and adjusted from the turn based combat.

What can Goku do to Type 8? He one-shot NoLegs, yes. But then the player can bring back the cat and Goku gets haxxed.
