Just restrict her weapon then, she fights without it too. The battle could still be added to profiles since it's a higher tier than she is.
(She should also have Low 7-B attack potency with it as well too tbh, but that's something the person who updated it kinda overlooked at the time and no one brought it up since)

I still see Uten losing, but to give you something to debate with, he relies more on preparation, setting traps that then makes invisible, convincing others that he has the power of creation.

Without preparation, he still relies with his invisible knives, and made cloak the environment to trick the opponent (like making the ground invisible so they think there's a pit).

So it depends whenever Uten can trick Tomochika or not, but if she can figure out the trick, something that may not be difficult if her senses are really that good, then Uten is reduced to being simply a knife-throwing kid.

She has really good senses (Can clearly distinguish the faces of people who are far enough away that normal eyes can't even see their figure), and her guardian spirit Mokomoko; who has information analysis, is standard equipment.
