OK so poison most likely won't be as efficient. He does have what is basically a flashbang though (The flash powder)

Another interesting thing for Nagel is his Social Influencing. He would most likely try it first as he doesn't enjoy direct combat and try to get his opponent on his side (Before giving him the bootleg steroids he has or something of the like). Kilgore seems to be able to feel fear and being sadistic does mean he feels pleasure, 2 things that a Social Influencer can use.

It doesn't help that the two have similar mindsets meaning Nagel probably can exploit him better

Oh that's a relief. Keep in mind that Nagel is quite used to convincing people at the end of the world, sometimes murderers, madmen, and people with trust issues into doing his bidding or buying his stuff so someone being unemotional isn't exactly new to him
