She can lift 2 tons in her diamond form too

I think she's probably higher, I mean she's physically over-powered or tanked shots several instances from people stronger than 9-A.

Since Telepathy's a hax, the only way to tier her is via Diamond form. I have a link up there with several impressive feats.

When I was looking through the feats listed on the page (I'm uncertain which of these would go under outlier.) so I'lll list the feat, and then perhaps we could use the canon ones to tier her.

Let's see I'm not sure if surviving hits from the Hulk gives her 4-B durability (or if it's an outlier)

She did harm Jessica Jones (High 8-C) and that one seems pretty largely canon.

Harming Black Bolt physically (5-A)

She tanked a hit from teen Cyclops (Though weaker than adult Cyclops should be somewhere between 7-C and 5-A)

Tanking hits from Iron Man (During AvX, he was High 6-A I believe)

Overpowers Daken (at least 9-A)

Overpowering Sage, Bishop and Storm (also at least 9-A)

This one I'm sure is an outlier, Tanking hits from a celestial and only losing an arm.
