Just want to point out that judging by how Neptunes Time Manip works, the beam seemingly homes in, even if its not pointing in the direction of the opponent. When Spongebob used it, he points the trident up and then it fired the beam.

She can throw her sword, you know, as I established above. And Neptune's time rewind's from a beam and seems dodgeable, especially with speed equal (that's why it's allowed in this bracket in the first place).
