In other words, nothing. Nothing he has is getting past DB, and he can't touch Darsh to copy.
Also, the profile for 73 seems kinda off, considering his power mimicry is explained to only be able to copy 3 beings abilities, yet he has five listed, and nothing describing how much time he has on each.

Dispel Bound includes both a barrier to stop magic affects and one to stop energy from passing through, so it would be stopped.

Very, very, very few things, honestly. The infamous scan describing how Dispel Bound works names a couple dozen different barriers (each specialized to act as a specific defense on its own, some of which are labeled nonsensical shit like "Penicillin"), and that doesn't even scratch the surface of how many actual layers to Dispel Bound there are. Darsh and Uriel were committing millions of different actions per second over an extended period of time in their attempts to get through each other's Dispel Bounds, and both sets of barriers held up in the face of that.Nitro90 said:

Even if you did break them, they regenerate constantly. To permanently kill Darsh, you'll need to get past his Eternal Atoms, which exist on three separate planes of existence, and it'll need to destroy every single one in order to permanently kill him.

The above is not even getting into the fact that his Dispel Bounds protect him from all three direct methods of damage you'd need to inflict (Read: physical, mental and spiritual) in order to kill him permanently.
Darsh is infamous on battle boards for a reason. He's unfathomably difficult to kill even by manga protagonist standards.
