Basically, Kenbun is just stated(or isn't even there and was just thrown in for ***** and giggles), Armament is Basically a good AP/Dura amp in a specific area, and Conq Haki can be overcome by being at all willful

So, uh, I just rewatched the fight between Luffy and Don Chinjao, and I was really wrong about his skill lol. Turns out, he actually fights Luffy for a decent amount of time, matching his strikes, including in gear 2. Now, this doesn’t make him as skilled as Luffy inherently, but it does make him very skilled. Also, found the scan for his Kenboshiki Haki

I doubt he's gonna get out, because he is very explicitly under Luffy in skill, so he can't do any of the crazy copy-on-sight bullshit Luffy can do. But he is still skilled and experienced enough to at least clash with a somewhat-serious Luffy.
