Welcome to this half-baked excuse for me looking for matches for my list of characters I wanna do.
2: Two characters may not have had a conclusive battle in-verse
3: 16 slots
4: low to Mid hax characters, and extreme haxes like Reality Warping and the like are off the table.
5: all matches are Speed Equal, start anywhere from 5 to 50 meters away depending on fairness, and will take place at a place of my choice.
6: your characters should be able to- at a glance- have a fair match with first key Garrosh Hellscream
7: If a match has gone on for over 1 week, the side with more votes will be forcibly moved on. If there hasn't been activity in over a day
8: AP range is between 100 and 700 megatons, but I'm willing to bend this rule just a wee bit.
9: you must state the AP of your submission, this saves a lot of headache for the many verses in 7-A I don't give 2 ***** about.
10: There is no number 10. Except to poke me on these ******* things
