Level 10 is the kind of martial art master someone in real life would consider so skilled that it can only happen in fiction. So Superhuman skill basically.
Darcia is so skilled, a Level 10 martial arts user would consider her superhumanly skilled.

He has more statements than actual skill feats but skillwise he has been training ever since he was a child and became an expert in armed and unarmed combat and should be comparable to Sonic.

He could also hold his own against a supressed Flashy Flash who was able to momentarily go toe to toe with Platinum Sperm and Garou.

Pretty skilled yes, but again, his "skill" mainly comes from statements and scaling chains.

Also I should fix his profile a bit, to access his full speed in monster form he actually has to fight with raw power and speed instead of technique.

I'll give whatever info needed mid Gibril fight I guess, she's a bit more on the haxy side when her powers are used by Copen, but she herself shouldn't have much too scary. She can tank Luxcaliburs to be only like, a 6th of her health but that's game mechanics and it only lasts for 1 third of her health

And yes I'm the only active knowledgable GV member in existence at the current moment, maybe u can get XMark but he's busy

If Illidan and Malfy did shit in the Shadowlands they'd be the exact same level. Shadowlands has a LOT of Tier 2-1 cosmology shit that must be covered for many profiles like Anduin and Jaina
 
I'm looking through Gibril's profile again and it seems as though she does have BS durability negation, and that people that survive her attacks simply have resistance to her Bio stuff, which is consistent with how she absorbs people in the actual lore as well as another person like Stratos having the same type of ability that does that, decomposing all organic matter.

Might be wise to switch it to something else whether its valid or not (I havent touched GV2 in years)

I'll let Dragoon choose but i personally recommend Jota because he's cool, though he does have one dura negate attack
