In Anne's vision, Ravena would be practically immobile, not only because of her perception, but also because she has her own reaction speed and Sub-Rel combat.
Anne also has MUCH superior LS (nullifying any TK attack), has Acrobatics and Weapon Mastery, as well as Rage Power.

Speed is equalized and Rae is Relativistic. Not sure what else to say here

Rae is much smarter, apparently has more Flight experience, TPs and can become intangible...oh yeah, and very good with forcefields.
On this key, her equip is only the gems...sorry to disappoint you.

Ravena's Rel speed will be matched by Anne's Superhuman speed, but Anne has other layers of speed that are faster, such as reaction and combat. These aren't affected by the equalization rules.
Raven is no more skilled than Anne. Anne has acrobatics and martial arts, and Anne's Aura can still affect Raven when she gets close.
Raven still struggled against much less skilled villains.

Then I again bring that she's absurdly smarter and better at strategizing.
She may be able to lift them and throw, then by consequence it breaks but the breaking of the shield in a punch is other type of strength
Not at all. It's uncommon but if it's what she needs she will use it
Which I developed later on why they won't matter as Rae will not let her come closer (Mainly as we just came to the conclusion that travel speed is the only speed they're equalized in)
If we go by aura, when Anne sees Rae's she's f***ed.
On the first seasons, yeah
She got way way better and defeated her dad in like 5 hits.
