Why? Nobody likes a Logia vs Dragon Slayer debate, cause if this is anything like a Natsu vs Ace debate, this will get ugly fast.
Besides, Enel only has one move that is 6-C, his base stat is 7-C all around against Laxus who is 6-C all round and has lightning that apparently goes beyond lightning which could possibly bypass Enel's Resistance to Electricity

I agree but I posted this because I was debating in my head could magic counteract devil fruit powers vice because I already knew Laxus had the advantage physically yet enel can fly
So the question is can Laxus absorb enel lighting sense it isn't magic i.e I've never seen him eat ordinary lightning and can enel be harmed by magic.
I so it as inconclusive, just wanted a second opinion.
