What tier would a character be if they could exist and walk in 5 dimensional space? No series in particular just curious.

He would only be as strong as he is shown to be, if he can manipulate space time while in a 5th dimensional space he would be ranked high 2-A, if his only ability is to exist in it he doesn't get any tier and can only be assumed to be human tier.

Someone who exists as a 5-Dimensional being would be High 2-A, someone who is not a 5-Dimensional being but can move unhindered in 5-Dimensional space would just have Immeasurable speed.

No prob, just to clarify, a 3-D being who can move in/exist in 5 dimensions has Immeasurable speed, but is not High 2-A. Only an actual 5-Dimensional being would be High 2-A.
