Soooo this should be interesting. Tsuyu was taking a swim in the waters of a nearby pond when the new transfer student, Pacifica, decided to play a practice joke on her and "attack". Fight or flight instincts took in and now things are getting way outta hand. Who wins?

While Pacifica is likely the better swimmer, Tsuyu holds the edge in skill and is the better fighter of the two. She also has a more varied arsenal. I vote for Tsuyu.

While Pacifica has more useful powers. Her attacks seem like they can be dodged while Tsuyu just needs to close the distance since she is a better close range fighter.
