Oh before the match is made, I should specify that whatever fight Mom's Heart is in (third key btw, if i didn't specify) should have a pretty low ceiling, since she hangs from it.

Actually I say pretty low but at the same time if it's too low it'll just get smushed against the floor so it has to be an ideal height, like 6-10 meters I think? Preferably on the latter end cause it likes to retract itself to the top of the arena sometimes

Iirc out of tier moves are the only ones the can be restricted. What we can do is restrict nen crush for the tourney's sake but the matches with killua in this tournament can't be added
