Which its not the case for either. He probabky thinks that its sinple math. 1+1 is 2 right? So if ssb goku is at least 2 times stronger than ssg, then he can easily destroy 2 universes at the same time. Unfortunately, thats not how it works (not even in dragon ball, as zeno erasing a universe in one fell swoop is extraordinary for even the gods). If that were the case, jiren and UI goku would be 2-A on our tiering system, since they are infinitely more powerful than gokus BOG self.

To be fair, there is a decent case (even though I don't personally buy it) for Universal+ Goku at the end of the FT arc which is what I recall Seth suggesting.

Also, because of the geometry a large part of the tiering system is based on, it is not considered possible for the difference between a Universal+ and a Multi-Universal to be exactly quantified; however, if Goku had started at 2-C instead of Low 2-C, zenkais, kaio ken, obv MUI, etc...would bring him farther and farther above baseline and at least in the case of kaio ken, I think the multiplier might actually work in a SSB (DC 4 Universal spacetime continuums) -> SSBKKx20 (DC 80 Universal spacetime continuums) sort of way? Could be wrong though
