2 Short Old Men that have health issues and can fly fight each other

Onokoi's ability is like a scalpel and Dreyar's like a swiss army knife.

Onoki should be able to one shot with Jiton but can Dreyar dispel/avoid it with defensive spells?

This is a cool fight, honestly have no idea who takes it.
 
Makarov using Fairy Law One-Shots and Onoki using Jinton One-Shots, whoever uses it first wins

Both can activate their attack fairly fast, it's just a matter of who uses it first, so I go with Incon
 
Onoki low diffs. He always uses Jinton while Makarov is most likely gonna try to block it with barriers which fail. One shots make for a boring "fight".
 
isn't this a 7A vs High 7A

and can't Jinton be overpowered with stronger Jutsu

so couldn't Makarov overpower it

this was made before Makarov's upgrade, right
