Figures only win con is his superior lifting strength I think.

Mr p on the other hand has the range advantage making it hard for figure to actually attack Mr p without getting shot down.

Figure could potentially use his superior lifting strength to rip off Mr. P's head, or rather... the entire upper portion of his body. Though, as mentioned before, Mr. P will be keeping his distance due to fear manip.

Sinse MR P is a cyborgue It would need more to rip his head or limbs out, and the fact he is potato would make harder to rip It out sinse It's completly fused with his torso
 
Ok so problem with the votes;

This is floor 100 Figure. his starting move is amps. along with that, he's going to use his busted ass hitbox thing and grab Mr. P before he even fully reaches him.

With all that in his favor, it doesn't help Figure is going to be regenerating damage done to him from Mr. P

personally, im voting Figure. he in character starts with amps making him faster, and with his non-physical interaction keeping a distance from him is damn near impossible.

We have no idea how long take for figure regen kick in sinse if It regenerated, they did outside the screen, so may not be combat applicable

And figure will be slow down if It's constantly hitted by projectiles, we even know It's standard reaction to damage is disesperation as we see whem It is setted on fire

Mr.Potato will also mostly likely go for ranged atacks only thanks to the figure minor fear manipulation

he finishes regenerating and gets back to floor 100 fast enough to catch the player just as they're finishing fixing a circut breaker. it's 100% combat applicable. it has a short time frame for his regeneration.

Being covered in an electrical fire which can reach 2,400 degrees in a moment and being shot are going to be very different reactions. and even if he did leave after being hit what good does that do Mr P? after he got hurt from the fire he amped. if he keeps running and keeps amping, at some point Mr P is eventually gonna find himself getting overrun by someone far faster than him who keeps running to regenerate. ironically, him running ***** over Mr P EVER killing him.

Doesn't mean shit if he can't keep a distance. as i said above, if he keeps running that leaves Mr. P no options to actually kill the bastard.

Shoot the leg of someone and see if he keeps running as fast, Figure has no exemple of It fighting something that can fight back

His bullets alread upscales from hisnormal atacks, so he has the ap advantage alread

The only part of that floor that REALLY matters in this context is the very end, which doesn't really make sense for them to take so long it's regeneration is non-combat applicable, considering the guiding light essentially shows them how to do something after a minute.

hard to shoot someone in the leg while your panicking as it charges toward you (while being faster)

His upscale is kinda shitty compared to Figures. his gun can oneshot a human.

Figure can rip parts of elevators clean off, and punch open locked steel doors. Figure definitely has the superior feats here, and both upscale above Baseline. i'd argue Figure has the AP advantage here based off feats alone.
