AoE explosion, nuke the planet, world. His power enough to blow the universe, and i don't remember he ever dodge these things

I did say it is out of character for him to nuke, but ki blast explode upon contact, even if it miss Reinhard it still explode upon contact with the ground or obstacle, create explosion.....problem is, the size is inconsistent, some cover the entire town, mountain or city, island, some leave only a hole on the ground lol
